Throughout her career, she led complex site operations across flagship propulsion and assembly facilities, guiding cross-functional strategy, organizational transformation, and culture change initiatives that strengthened performance, resilience, and long-term value creation.

A champion of mentorship and inclusive leadership, Tamberlin is deeply committed to developing the next generation of talent and strengthening communities. She currently serves on nonprofit and civic boards, continuing to invest in initiatives that expand access and create pathways to opportunity.
